Copilot Shopping
Designing AI-powered shopping experiences across chat, product pages, and price insights, reaching 36M+ daily users.
Shipped 15+ features showcased at Microsoft's 50th Anniversary keynote, growing personalized engagement 70%+ and Price Insights click-through by 80%.
Context
Copilot could talk about a product, but it couldn't help someone actually decide: compare prices, track something, or know whether to buy now or wait. I've been designing that experience end to end since 2025, across chat, product pages, and a dedicated shopping surface, for desktop, iOS, and Android.
Role
I design across the full shopping surface: the chat and PDP experience, the Shopping Homepage from 0 to launch, and the Price Insights AI agent, 0 to 1. I prototype directly with Copilot Chat and Claude Code to speed up handoff, and I lead the shared design system for Copilot's shopping surfaces org-wide.
These shopping features shipped, then got presented company-wide on stage.

Asking Copilot about a product and seeing it show up right where you already are.

Early concept tagging a product to ask Copilot follow-up questions about it directly.

Two versions of the same chart, testing how much history
someone actually reads before deciding.

Set an alert once, get told when the price actually moves.
One pattern, scaled across thousands of products and every category Copilot sells.
Price insights, the agent that tells you whether to buy now or wait, built 0 to 1.

Led the shopping team's effort to bring our experiences into the new, unified Copilot, rethinking and rebuilding a lot of it along the way.
