Context

Copilot is an AI-powered app available on mobile, desktop, Edge browser, Windows, and MacBook that supports users with everyday tasks, learning, and creativity. Its shopping features include intelligent product search, personalized recommendations, price tracking with alerts, and deal discovery making it easy to find top items across retailers.

I work on the Shopping team, which is horizontally situated across multiple surfaces and experiences. We focus on delivering seamless, AI-enhanced shopping journeys that integrate deeply with Copilot’s capabilities.

Role

Designing for Microsoft Copilot Shopping, focusing on user trust, safety, and seamless interaction patterns to browse, compare products, track prices across the web.

Big leap forward

Copilot is now an personal shopper: on the side, doing the research, building comparisons, offering advice. It lets consumers know about price drops and sales and will let them purchase directly from the app. Shopping with Copilot is the easy solution to find products through natural language conversations.
